About Christine
The key to any relationship is communication.  Christine makes communicating with her clients a priority.

Christine enjoys helping clients make well-founded business decisions outside of the litigation context whether that means reviewing contracts, reviewing and advising on business policy and procedures, advising on employee/employment issues or simply being a sounding board for her clients. Given Christine's experience and background, she is able to provide relevant feedback and/or quickly identify problems, set goals to resolve those problems, and take the necessary steps to achieve resolution.  Christine believes all clients should understand what the legal issues involve, potential alternatives to resolving those issues, and the steps that should be taken to achieve the client's goals.

Though Christine enjoys presenting her client's case in the courtroom, she believes the decision to proceed to trial should be made in a collaberative manner after considering all relevant factors, including among other things, the time and money it will cost to litigate, the time that will be taken away from working on the client's primary business, the risk involved, and the potential benefits.  Christine has handled a multitude of cases from inception through trial and has found success for her clients with both bench and jury trials.

You can always count on Christine to be pragmatic, realistic and use common sense to get things done in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
